I Ching: Oracle Journal Support

The app includes a 64-hexagram reference library, personal journal entries, notes, favorites, and review reminders. Those ordinary features require no account. Sign in with Apple is required only for an optional paid Smart Reading.

Both monthly and yearly plans include 1 Smart Reading per local calendar day, resetting at local midnight. Unused allowance does not carry over. Each reading includes 3 follow-ups in total; they do not use or reset with the daily allowance and require an active subscription. Changing time zones does not immediately restore used allowance; the next reset time shown applies. Deleting a reading, changing plans, or restoring the same subscription does not add another reading that day. Retrying the same reading does not use another allowance. Resolve any subscription payment issue before expecting a new allowance. One-time purchases remain available separately.

You can report a purchase that was confirmed but did not finish generating, cloud-result recovery after reinstall or changing devices, account deletion, display or save issues, reminders, language copy, library typos, sharing output, or general experience feedback.

Do not send the full question, an App Store receipt, signed transaction JWS, sensitive personal records, private notes, medical or legal documents, financial details, or passwords. The app does not automatically send journal content; sending email is your choice.
