By accessing or using this site, you understand and agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Notice, and other rules displayed in the product. If you do not agree, please stop using the relevant features.

The site provides I Ching readings, hexagram interpretation, question refinement, hexagram references, reading tools, and paid hexagram deep readings. These materials are offered for cultural reading, personal reflection, and question work.

The site is not a medical, legal, financial, investment, psychological, or other licensed professional service. For health, legal, financial, investment, litigation, emergency, or safety matters, rely on qualified professionals and real-world evidence.

A reading may help you view a situation through image, momentum, timing, position, and proportion, but it does not guarantee that any real-world event will occur. You remain responsible for your own judgment, choices, and actions.

Do not submit questions that are illegal, infringing, harassing, threatening, invasive of another person's privacy, or intended to generate harmful content. For questions involving another person's mind, health, money, law, or safety, the site will only offer limited cultural interpretation.

A paid hexagram deep reading is one-time digital content. The price, currency, and payment method are shown on the payment page. After payment, the system generates the reading for the corresponding cast; generation time can vary with network conditions, model services, and system load.

When a question touches public real-world context such as companies, schools, cities, policies, visas, or markets, the system may first decide whether public web material would help the reading. If it is used, that material only calibrates real-world signs and practical boundaries; it does not replace the hexagram judgment or become a research report.

Temporary reading pages for guests are usually kept for 3 days. If you sign in and save the reading, it may remain available through account features. Please review the question, hexagram, and reading scope before paying. Once digital content has started generating or has been delivered, refunds are generally not available for personal preference, disagreement with the reading, or a change of mind. If a one-time paid reading still cannot be delivered after the automatic retry, the system will attempt a full refund to the original payment method and provide one time-limited complimentary generation attempt. A failed credit-based generation returns the corresponding credit. The payment provider determines when a refund appears; if a refund fails or requires additional action, the page will direct you to support.

You may use some features without signing in. If you sign in, the site may save your questions, hexagrams, moving lines, interpretations, hexagram deep readings, notes, ratings, tags, and sharing settings for history, continued viewing, share pages, and account features.

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure. If you want to access, correct, or delete account-related content, contact us through support or feedback.

The site pages, edited hexagram materials, articles, interface, reading tools, and the presentation of generated reports are protected by copyright and related laws. You may keep your own reading results for personal use, but you may not copy in bulk, mirror, republish revised versions, resell, train models on, or place the content into a commercial content library without permission.

We try to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee that every feature will be available at all times, in all regions, or on all devices. Maintenance, third-party failures, network issues, payment service restrictions, or safety reasons may cause suspension, delay, or changes.

To the extent allowed by law, the site is not responsible for real-world consequences of actions you take based on readings, articles, or hexagram deep readings. Important decisions, especially involving health, law, finance, investments, personal safety, or family responsibilities, should be made with real-world evidence and appropriate professional guidance.
